What we would like you to do...

Please navigate around the site as if you were a real customer – as we hope you will soon become – and give us your honest thoughts using the Tester Feedback tool that currently appears on the right of every page. Anything you give us will be helpful, so please do not worry about sparing our feelings!

  • Explore all the sections of the site.
  • Experiment on different devices, with different browsers.
  • Take a look at all the menus, pages, products, T&Cs, etc.
  • Add things to your cart; remove some of them; try favoriting things to come back to later.
  • Go through the full order process (several times, if you can), including reading any emails you get as a result. Click here for dummy credit card numbers to use. 
  • Check out "My N&N", the customer hub.
  • Interact with NuzzleBot, our chatbot.
    You will have the option to connect to a person at any time (during work hours), if you prefer, but do give it a try – it's friendly and well-trained, and your feedback will help us make it even better :-)
  • Review the FAQs on the Get Help page. (some may not yet be complete)


Some questions to bear in mind...

  • Is it immediately obvious what the brand is about?
  • After exploring the website, do I know what this brand is about?
  • Does the site make sense?
  • Is the message / tone coherent?
  • Do the text and images make me smile?
  • Is the navigation intuitive? 
  • Is it better / worse on certain devices / browsers?
  • How easy is it to find what I want?
  • Do I like the designs and collections?
  • Do I like the products?
  • Would I buy any of the products for myself / as gifts?
  • Does the pricing seem about right?
  • Is the ordering process straightforward, intuitive, and clear?
  • How easy is it to contact us?
  • Do the Terms & Conditions make sense and seem fair?
  • Are the FAQs clear and helpful? What other FAQs should be included?
  • Am I finding anything annoying or inconsistent?
  • If I hadn't volunteered to help, would I have clicked away from the store?
