Delivery time is a combination of fulfillment time (the time it takes to manufacture and package your item) and shipping time.

Fulfillment Time

Everything we sell is custom-made for you after you place your order as part of our commitment to reducing waste and avoiding the ecological footprint of mass-produced inventory that might never find a home. This time varies across products, but is usually less than 3 days (but can be longer).

Shipping Time

Once your item has been made, our standard shipping time within the United States is 2-5 business days. 

Order Tracking

To track an order, simply enter your order number or tracking number on our Order Tracking Page. 
You can find this info in the your order confirmation email – as well as an image of one of our canine team hard at work :-)
